Long Term Rates for fenced and unfenced lots:

$450/month for an RV, $475/month for a single wide and $525/month for a double wide modular home
  • Based on a one (1) year lease.
  • This monthly rate includes the lot and trash, water and sewer are billed monthly per individual consumer usage. 
$370/month for an RV unfenced lots
  • Based on staying longer than three (3) months. 
  • This monthly rate includes the lot and trash, water and sewer are billed monthly per individual consumer usage. 
  • Additional family members ten (10) years and older are $45/month
  • RV age requirement is 2000 or newer

Short Term Rates for RV's in an unfenced lot:

$595 for 4 weeks for 1-2 people
  • Full Hook-ups (30 & 50 amp) Includes water, sewer, trash and electric (w/ deposit*)
  • Additional family members ten (10) years and older are $45/month
  • RV age requirement is 1995 or newer

Application for long term applicant is based on staying longer than three (3) months. 
A non-refundable fee of $50 per applicant is required to cover the costs of reviewing credit, employment, rental and criminal history. 

Qualifications
Qualifications to lease include: 1) Lessee must be at least 18 years of age; 2) Satisfactory rental history; 3) Satisfactory credit history; 4) Income must be equal to four times the amount of rent verified by the three most recent pay stubs.  Equivalent verifiable assets may also be used to meet qualifying requirements by providing proof of other income; 5) Any bankruptcy must be at least one year old and satisfactory credit reestablished; 6) Any applicant with less than three months at their job or currently unemployed may be considered with double deposit and last month’s rent paid; 7) Applicants with felonies will not be considered. 8) Applicants with an eviction within 5 years will not be considered.

Pet Policies
This community is currently not accepting any pets. 

Utilities
Long-term residents are responsible for payment of electric to Colorado Springs Utilities. Individually metered utilities must be in a resident’s name before move-in. No resident is allowed to stay without electric.
